At Outstanding Nutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Return & Refund Policy complies with applicable Danish law and EU consumer protection regulations.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
We offer an extended withdrawal period of 15 days.
The withdrawal period expires 15 days after the day you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be unopened and sealed
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
You must notify us within the withdrawal period.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sealed goods, such as supplements or food products, if the seal has been broken (for hygiene and health protection reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized products
4. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional)
Step 2: Pack the Item
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Include your order confirmation or invoice (if possible)

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- You are responsible for the item until it reaches us
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover all costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will include:
- The full product price
- Standard delivery costs (excluding express shipping)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Diminished Value
If the item has been handled in a way that reduces its value beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, a partial refund may be issued.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon delivery

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Photos of the item
- Your order number
We will offer either:
- A free replacement
- A full refund (including shipping)
10. Warranty (Complaints)
Under Danish law, you have a 2-year warranty (right of complaint) covering defects or faults.
This does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or improper handling
- Failure to follow product instructions
11. Shelf Life (Best Before Date)
We guarantee that all products have a minimum shelf life of at least 6 months at the time of delivery, unless otherwise clearly stated.
Products with shorter shelf life will be clearly indicated before purchase.
The best-before date (BBE) is not considered a defect, provided the product remains safe and usable within this period.
